Rachel is by far the most patient, knowledgeable, and skilled hairstylist I’ve ever had. I had a rough idea of what I wanted to do and Rachel made thoughtful suggestions that suited my face shape and hair texture. She even considered my glasses, ensuring my side bangs weren’t cut too short or would get in the way. Her attention to detail is amazing.

Rachel also took the time to answer all my questions about how I should style my hair. She showed me how to properly use curl cream and mousse, and told me what products I could use. Thank you, Rachel!!!!

Salon itself was super clean, staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the twinkly lights on the ceiling where you get your hair washed. ?

While the experience of getting my hair color was good, i chose a red color and wanted to do a double process so that i get the lift i was looking for. I asked them to darken the color a bit so it would look decent for office but they did my hair almost black. I didn’t get the result i was looking for. They charged me the same for dual process but lightened only the top part of my hair since the ends had balayage from before. The stylist bleached my roots too soon and the hair lightening was completely patchy. I thought after the color it would be fine, but the color they did was almost black. I could hardly see the red. They informed me that it would lighten with a few washes, but do you really need that much time for color to show when you have an event soon and colored your hair for it? Then he bleach washed my hair, again too soon on the roots and it looked good at the salon but as soon as i saw in normal lighting, it was evidently lighter on the roots and rest of the hair was reddish black. I washed my hair 5 times from then in 17 days and it’s almost copper now. I wasted a big amount of my money with hardly any color stay. Please be careful if you go here, especially for hair color. I had originally gone to a different salon before to get my hair bleached for the first time. It looked good at first, but eventually, not long after, my hair started to become orange. I decided to go to Jared at CL salon. He immediately knew what went wrong with my hair and was able to not only fix it, but made it look so much better for a much longer period of time with way less cost. Since then, I always make sure to book an appointment with him before every life event or if I just want to regain confidence. I would highly recommend him and this salon to anyone who ask.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. GREAT prices, super clean with a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere and everyone is so kind. Rachel is incredible--you can tell that she really cares about her clients and wants to give them the best result possible. She listens to exactly what you want while also making really great suggestions or alternatives that she thinks will look or work even better if need be. Her attention to detail is amazing and she asks a lot of thoughtful questions so she can get everything just right! I really appreciated that she asked if I typically style my hair or wear it natural and took that into account (I usually wear it natural so she made sure it was cut in a way where it would still look good without styling). Thank you guys! I always love coming here and walk out so happy!
